People from the past, present, and future have been and will continue to be fundamental in building our company—which, without losing its simplicity, continues growing and innovating.* *We are stronger than ever and believe that, through the richness found in people, we engage our team to keep achieving the best results.* *Our job openings are open to all, regardless of age, disability, race, gender, or sexual orientation.* ***Come build a successful career!*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, and industrial facilities. * Replace mechanical components and transmission elements (belts, chains, elevator buckets, shafts, and auger screws). * Carry out adjustments, calibrations, and assembly/disassembly of complex mechanical assemblies. * Follow lubrication plans, oil changes, and fluid replacements according to technical specifications. * Conduct technical inspection routes to identify early anomalies and wear on parts. * Perform hot work using electric welding, oxy-cutting (torch), and abrasive tools (grinders and angle grinders), focusing on structural and component repair. * Actively participate in projects and working groups aimed at reducing breakdowns and optimizing the production process. * Rigorously record performed activities in control spreadsheets and work orders, ensuring the maintenance history is preserved. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper care of tools and the work area. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Prerequisites**: * Completed High School education; * Aptitude for working at heights; * Aptitude for working in confined spaces; * Flexibility to work night shifts; * Teamwork, proactivity, commitment. **Note**: Temporary hiring, with a defined duration of **3 months**.
