We are looking for a NOC/SOC Analyst to join our Operations team. This professional will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and supporting services and infrastructure, ensuring business continuity. The position is intended for a proactive individual eager to learn and develop skills in network, security, and technical support environments. **WORK AREAS** Responsible for monitoring server, network asset, link, and system performance; Register network assets, servers, and services in the monitoring system; Record fault incidents and track incident resolution; Open tickets with third parties (link providers, third-party systems); Perform basic connectivity tests and, if necessary, escalate to the on-call technician; Meet SLAs for response, escalation, and unavailability notifications; Complete shift handover documentation at the end of the shift; Assist in updating client infrastructure documentation; Perform basic configuration tasks for network assets per company documentation; Provide Level 1 infrastructure support **REQUIREMENTS** Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and remote access; Previous experience in customer service, technical support, and system monitoring roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills; Experience as a Monitoring Analyst or in similar roles. ? Location: Porto Alegre/RS ? Shift: 12x36 (day shift) ? Work Model: Hybrid
