Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead interface design projects for web and mobile platforms, creating visual solutions that connect people and technology through impactful digital experiences. Design Full-time or Freelance Remote (Any Location) We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to lead interface design projects for web and mobile platforms. This professional will be responsible for creating visual solutions that connect people and technology through impactful digital experiences, while also contributing to the development of designers at various career stages. * **UI Design Proficiency:** Excellence in creating scalable interfaces for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. * **Advanced Web Design Experience:** Deep knowledge of digital interfaces, user experience (UX) principles, and the ability to create visually attractive and intuitive websites. * **Organization:** Systemic design skills applicable across the team, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins. * **Communication:** Ability to effectively communicate with teams and clients, presenting research, concepts, and design solutions. * **English:** Fluency for collaboration on global projects. * **User Focus:** Ability to understand user and client needs, prioritizing accessibility, scalability, and storytelling. REQUIREMENTS REQUIREMENTS * **Layout Creation for Digital Product Interfaces:** Design and develop visually appealing and easy-to-use interfaces for various digital products, ensuring consistency and usability across different platforms. * **Intuitive and User-Friendly Interface Design:** Align designs with usability best practices and brand guidelines to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. * **Design Systems Creation:** Establish and maintain a cohesive design system supporting brand and product requirements, enabling efficient and scalable design processes. * **Layout Creation for Promotional Materials and Campaigns:** Design engaging and effective promotional materials—including banners, advertisements, and social media content—to support marketing and promotional campaigns. * **Image Manipulation and Editing:** Edit and enhance images to meet visual standards and project requirements, ensuring high-quality visuals across all digital and printed materials. * **Low- and High-Fidelity Wireframe and Prototype Creation:** Develop interactive prototypes to visualize, test, and iterate on designs. * **Visual and Interactive Asset Production:** Create detailed visual and interactive assets for seamless development implementation, including comprehensive style guides and defined variables. * **Briefing and Client Presentation Management:** Coordinate and lead client meetings to gather requirements, present design concepts, and collect feedback, ensuring clear communication aligned with client expectations. * **Comprehensive Design Deliverable Preparation:** Prepare detailed specifications and design systems for engineering and development teams, ensuring smooth development processes. RESPONSIBILITIES RESPONSIBILITIES * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the field and a portfolio of completed projects. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Completed or ongoing degree in Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. * Responsible and committed profile: take ownership of tasks, solve problems independently, and contribute to project success.
