




Job Summary: Professional responsible for reviewing and archiving documentation, performing enrollment changes for health and dental plans, and handling customer requests. Key Highlights: 1. Provision of reports and verification of monthly fees Responsibilities: Review documentation related to enrollment changes and perform archiving; Carry out enrollment changes for health and dental plans regarding contracts, contract holders, and beneficiaries; Provide enrollment information for contracts, contract holders, and beneficiaries to relevant departments, internal systems, and regulatory agencies when required; Handle and refer customer requests; Provide reports and conduct verifications related to monthly fees and charges for health plans. Requirements: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365\. Education: Completed High School. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:10 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:08 PM. Salary: To be negotiated.
