Support operational and administrative areas by controlling production, supply, and meal distribution within the unit, aiming to ensure the smooth progress of the production process. 1\. Be responsible for the technical and behavioral training of subordinates; 2\. Assist in or create menus; 3\. Supervise employee hygiene, as well as that of the environment, utensils, and food items; 4\. Analyze and monitor overall qualitative and quantitative results of the unit; 5\.
