Process automation and optimization **The Seres Group, in partnership with a multinational logistics company, is seeking a professional for the role of Data Analyst** **Responsibilities:** * Design data collection instruments and databases; develop data coding systems. * Plan and conduct surveys. * Analyze and transform data using Advanced Excel. * Build financial models and interactive dashboards for HR and Operations. * Automate repetitive processes using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). * Manage databases, execute complex queries and ETL processes using SQL; use Power Query for data transformation and cleansing. * Develop dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI; collect and organize data using Google Sheets and Forms. * Develop new system functionalities and optimize processes. * Analyze and define tasks for projects, aligning deadlines and priorities; document processes and solutions per company policies. * Deliver training on IT systems and process improvements. * Respond to requests from employees and customers, resolving issues. * Manage system development tasks and scope change requests. * Define and monitor personal and departmental goals, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM * Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off * Work Mode: On-site **Work Location:** * Extrema, MG\- Brazil We encourage applications from PCD (Persons with Disabilities), Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ individuals. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Relevant work experience * Intermediate English proficiency Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Languages:* English (Intermediate)
