Participation in technical meetings with clients and suppliers A construction company is seeking a Civil Construction Project Coordinator in Itapeva (Downtown). Construtora Vale do Ouro specializes in civil construction, delivering high-quality residential and commercial building services. With an experienced team, the company stands out for efficiency and commitment to deadlines and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Design and development of engineering projects; analysis of complementary projects (structural, hydraulic, electrical, sanitary, drainage, etc.); and integration across disciplines to prevent interferences that may cause rework or construction delays. Also responsible for coordinating engineering design teams and external consultants, monitoring delivery progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and technical quality of projects. The professional conducts technical reviews, validates engineering solutions, and provides on-site team support—clarifying project-related queries and proposing adjustments when necessary. Additionally, participates in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and other internal departments, supporting decision-making related to construction solutions, cost optimization, and project improvements. Previous experience as Construction Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Engineering Coordinator, or Infrastructure Project Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
