Guide drivers within the yard, indicating the assigned dock, internal procedures, and HSE rules for vehicle release. 7. Report vehicle entry, loading start/end times via form to generate KPIs. 8. Report incidents in real time to the DHL and Mercado Livre teams using the internal communication tool. 9.
