Your energy will be very important to: Be responsible for designing and developing complete software solutions, focusing on efficiency, security, scalability, and technical quality. Will act within a software factory context, performing the role of a specialist with systemic vision and mastery of good software development practices, from conception to delivery of solutions. Will work full stack, being responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including integration with APIs, test automation, and participation in architecture decisions. Will collaborate with multifunctional teams, ensuring alignment with security guidelines (DevSecOps), compliance with LGPD, and the company's strategic objectives. Will also contribute to raising the technical standard of the factory by disseminating knowledge and promoting continuous improvement of development processes. Activities:* Develop and maintain complete web and mobile applications, including front-end and back-end; * Design, implement, and optimize APIs and microservices; * Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces; * Integrate third-party systems and services; * Ensure application security, performance, and scalability; * Apply good development practices such as automated testing, code versioning, and PR reviews; * Monitor digital service performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement; * Participate in task planning and estimation using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Mandatory Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technology-related fields; * Experience as a Full Stack Developer; * Proficiency in programming languages for back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, etc.); * Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.); * Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis); * Knowledge in REST and GraphQL API development; * Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git/GitHub/GitLab); * Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end); * Availability to work in Salvador/BA (Hybrid format); * Availability for travel. Desirable Requirements:* Experience with cloud systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes); * Intermediate English and Spanish; * Experience with CI/CD practices; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Software Engineering.
