Requirements: **Education:** Completion of high school. Higher education in the relevant field currently underway is desirable. **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of regulation and resolutions issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). Experience in public-facing customer service. Basic knowledge of administrative and/or financial routines. Proficiency in office application suites (with emphasis on word processors and spreadsheet software). Knowledge of health insurance providers is desirable.
