Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work as a doorman, controlling the flow of people and vehicles, recording incidents, and providing guidance—ensuring security and access control. Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform doorman duties, controlling the flow of people and providing requested clarifications and guidance; * Register vehicle entries and exits; * Record incidents in the incident logbook; * Remain vigilant regarding the entry of unfamiliar or unknown individuals, performing appropriate approaches and formal access control as necessary, per defined guidelines; * Provide clarifications and guidance to third parties regarding destination area location and access; * Provide support to reception staff whenever needed, concerning reception area security maintenance; * Register entries and exits of vehicles, materials, and equipment; * Receive, register, and control incoming external correspondence; * Activate and deactivate alarms when necessary; * Maintain control over institutional assets exiting through the gate, per defined procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * A security guard training course is a plus; * Prior experience in doorman or gatekeeping roles is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Employee benefits club; * Employee health club; * FJS card; WellHub. * Founded on February 21, 1937, by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth, grounded in strategic planning and a focus on optimal outcomes.
