




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing hiring and termination processes, timekeeping control, benefits administration, and payroll closing. Key Highlights: 1. Support for daily personnel department routines Main Responsibilities: ✅ Manage the hiring process: request documents, schedule medical exams, complete forms, create physical and digital files, set up system access, and add employees to internal groups. ✅ Manage the termination process: request resignation or notice period from accounting, schedule exit medical exams, deactivate system access, remove employee contact from internal groups, cancel dental plan, calculate payments and deductions, forward data to accounting for termination settlement entry, verify and validate termination calculation, send file to accounts payable, and approve termination settlement. ✅ Schedule and monitor admission, exit, and periodic medical exams. ✅ Manage and monitor timekeeping (Ponto Mais system). ✅ Administer meal and transportation benefits. ✅ Execute payroll closing process: enter data, verify deductions, submit files to accounting, and organize documentation. ✅ Post messages and congratulate team members on their birthdays. ✅ Perform other duties inherent to the position.
