Job Description: * Education: High school diploma. * Preferred: Technical course in Environmental Science, Sanitation, Wastewater Treatment, or Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. * Experience: Operation of industrial wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), monitoring and operational record-keeping (pH, COD, flow rate, temperature, solids, etc.). * Technical Knowledge: Equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance; basic Microsoft Office suite. * Skills: Attention to detail and operational rigor; commitment to safety and environmental protection; ability to work effectively in an industrial environment; strong communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, and proactivity. * Work Schedule: 6 days on / 2 days off, with rotating shifts. * Profile demonstrating eagerness to learn. * Must reside in Salvador or the Metropolitan Region. * Perform daily tasks in compliance with environmental and occupational safety standards and procedures. * Record identified non-conformities during routine operations, ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Apply quality methodology tools to resolve identified issues. * Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality procedures. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and participate in corporate training sessions and seminars. 2512150202201920952
