Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for greeting customers, providing information, assisting with triage, performing registrations, and supporting the delivery of test results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and inform customers about examinations and health insurance plans 2. Assist with patient triage and management of service queue numbers 3. Perform registrations and request authorizations Greet customers courteously and provide accurate information regarding examinations and requirements for **health insurance plans or private payment;** Assist with triage, management, and distribution of service queue numbers; Perform registrations, correctly issue examination request forms, and request authorizations from health insurance providers and/or plans; Support the delivery of test results.
