Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing equipment, identifying and recording quality issues, maintaining organization, covering absenteeism, requisitioning items, ensuring proper material arrangement, operating industrial vehicles, opening work orders (OS), complying with safety regulations, providing information on the production process, analyzing the FIFO system, segregating batches, and participating in TPM implementation. So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities / Responsibilities: * Prepare equipment for operations, performing startup when necessary, verifying specifications and general conditions, ensuring workplace safety; * Identify and record any product, process, and quality system issues, including potential machine stoppages, performing batch segregation via the BOSS system to map possible process failures and thereby avoid production losses; * Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and painting according to the “5S” methodology, aiming to sustain a safe and pleasant working environment to facilitate task execution; * Cover possible absenteeism within the department to prevent production bottlenecks and ensure demand is satisfactorily met; * Requisition items from the warehouse via the SAP system to maintain required inventory levels of materials to meet production demands; * Ensure proper arrangement of TMA / Scrap / Waste (Rejected Materials), separating usable from non-usable materials and * products to accelerate the production process; * Operate industrial vehicles, provided proper authorization and training are obtained, to assist in organizing product and material storage when needed; * Open work orders (OS) if maintenance is required for any production equipment, avoiding production losses to the company; * Perform tasks while complying with company safety regulations and quality specifications, and conduct inspections of these items using checklists to maintain Bridgestone’s established standards; * Provide production process-related information to internal customers, supporting continuous production improvement; * Analyze the FIFO system, focusing on ensuring all personnel correctly register materials in designated locations within the Dash Board system; * Perform batch segregation using the BOSS system in cases of quality deviations; * Cover process leaders’ vacations; * Participate in the implementation and coordination of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology within the assigned area, ensuring compliance. Qualifications / Qualifications: * **Minimum Experience**: 2 years in the industrial sector; * **Education**: Completed High School I Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) – Preferred; * **Other Courses / Specific Knowledge**: Proficiency in computer applications I Industrial vehicle operator course, with driver’s license for industrial vehicles I Concentrated attention I Manual dexterity I Strong interpersonal skills I * **English – Advanced Level** * **An internal candidate is potentially available**
