We are looking for a Maintenance Artisan to support our electrical, hydraulic, and minor repair needs. **Main Responsibilities:** **Preventive and corrective maintenance:** Performs preventive maintenance to avoid failures and corrective maintenance to repair broken items. **General repairs:** Carries out repair and minor maintenance services across different areas, such as mechanical, electrical, masonry, and installations; **Diagnosis:** Identifies and resolves issues in machinery, vehicles (e.g., locomotives), and equipment, including embedded electronics. **Preservation:** Maintains the integrity and good condition of buildings, floors, walls, and other facility components. **Minor renovations and assembly:** May perform minor renovation work, equipment/component assembly, and installation. **Monitoring and reporting:** Monitors maintenance task execution and reports requirements for spare parts or materials needed for repairs. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * On-site Cafeteria * Education Benefit Program * Dental Care
