Proactive infrastructure and network monitoring ### **Monitoring Operator (Intermittent Contract) – Salvador/BA** If you seek flexibility, additional earnings per activation, and an opportunity to work in a critical 24x7 technology environment, this position may be right for you. ### **Work Location** On-site – Salvador/BA ### **Employment Model** **Intermittent Contract** — ideal for professionals who value flexibility and availability to work according to operational demand. ### **Activation Schedules (as required by operations)** Rotating 6-hour shifts: * 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM * 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM * 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM * 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM Work is associated with the **24x7 NOC environment**. ### **Important Requirement** It is **mandatory to have personal transportation**, considering possible activations during early-morning hours when public transport is unavailable. ### **Compensation and Benefits** Hourly rate: R$ 12.28 Meal Allowance (R$ 39.52\) Additional R$ 100.00 bonus on Meal Allowance for emergency activations Transportation Voucher Health Insurance Life Insurance SESC Membership GoGood ### **Main Responsibilities** * Incident ticket registration and tracking based on ITIL best practices * Proactive monitoring of infrastructure and network assets * Support for NOC operations and incident triage * First-level response to critical events and alarms * Activation of on-call teams and support for service continuity ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC, Service Desk, Help Desk, or related areas * Basic knowledge of infrastructure, networking, Windows, and technical support * Strong communication skills and analytical mindset * Availability for rotating shifts ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with monitoring and critical environments * Familiarity with ITIL concepts * Experience with Service Desk tools If you possess the profile for dynamic environments, a sense of readiness, and availability for an intermittent model offering benefits and potential additional income, we want to learn more about you.
