Lead and manage work teams We are seeking a **Construction Foreman** to coordinate and monitor field activities, ensuring service execution with quality, safety, organization, and adherence to established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** · Organize and supervise the construction site; · Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor work teams; · Monitor daily productivity and schedule compliance; · Ensure services are correctly executed according to plans and specifications; · Monitor proper use of materials, tools, and equipment; · Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; · Provide direct support to the Resident Engineer. **Requirements:** · Proven experience as a Construction Foreman; · Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction plans; · Leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication ability; · Team management and problem-solving capabilities; · Commitment to deadlines, quality, and safety. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Completed elementary or high school education; · Courses in civil construction; · Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects; · Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
