We are seeking students pursuing **Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or IT Management**, who are proactive and solution-oriented within our team. If you are ready to face challenges, develop your potential, and begin your professional journey with leadership, this opportunity is ideal for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in problem resolution; * Support in handling incidents and user requests, analyzing root causes to implement corrective and preventive actions for software; maintaining records of all service tickets; * Support in managing IT supply contracts; * Support in preparing IT management reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum availability of 1 year and 6 months for this role; * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or IT Management. **Desirable Requirements:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Basic level. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Hangar Business Park – Avenida Luiz Viana, 13.223, Tower 06, 4th floor, Room 401 **Working Hours:** 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), on-site. **Shift flexibility depending on study schedule (morning or afternoon);** **Benefits Offered:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal/food allowance; * Gympass; * Transportation Allowance or Parking.
