Job Summary:
Manage the road transportation scheduling grid, analyze product availability, monitor deliveries, and support Planning and Commercial areas.

**Responsibilities and Duties** (Published per PR/Requester requirements)
Manage the road transportation scheduling grid from D+7 to D+1 for products available at Aratu, Jequié, and Itabuna terminals, covering Gasoline, Diesel, Jet Fuel (QAV), LPG, and Marine Gas Oil (MGO).
Analyze product availability jointly with peer responsible parties.
Monitor and track delivery-related times and movements at terminals.
Update internal customers on demand expectations and service fulfillment.
Conduct internal interactions to validate the pumping schedule.
Support Planning, Commercial, and Operations areas in managing scheduling information.
Assist logistics schedulers in communicating with the Commercial area, validating daily orders.
Feed and report area KPIs, driving continuous improvement and performance.
Handle requests from 24x7 assistants, ensuring delivery monitoring at terminals outside administrative hours.
**Requirements and Qualifications** (Per PR/Requester requirements)
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the field. Preferred: Experience in oil refineries and land/maritime terminals; planning and scheduling of product movement operations, interfacing with multiple external stakeholders; external customer and supplier relationship management.
Experience in chemical and/or petrochemical companies, terminal logistics, or fuel distribution companies
