Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to act as a key player in the IT department, responsible for requirements gathering, system configuration, and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as a key player in the Information Technology sector. 2. Responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis. 3. Providing technical and functional support to users. We are looking for a professional to join us as our Junior Systems Analyst. You will be a key player in the Information Technology department. **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will be responsible for: * Eliciting and analyzing requirements in collaboration with business areas. * Configuring and administering TOTVS RM modules (Payroll, Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Procurement, and Inventory). * Providing technical and functional support to users. * Analyzing and correcting inconsistencies in databases. * Creating and maintaining SQL Server queries for reports and validations. * Developing reports using RM Reports. * Implementing system improvements and new functionalities. * Monitoring ERP updates and releases. * Integrating TOTVS RM with legacy systems and external solutions. * Managing access rights, user profiles, and information security. * Identifying and resolving incidents according to ITSM/ITIL best practices. * Supporting implementation and migration projects across environments (testing, staging, and production). * Documenting technical and functional aspects of systemic processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential experience includes: * TOTVS RM ERP * SQL Server database * SQL language * WebService/API integrations * Business process modeling * Business rule analysis * Incident and ticket management **Additional Information** Salary: To be negotiated Our Benefits (Designed for your well-being): Meal Voucher Gympass (to keep you healthy!)
