Description

Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, resolving, and tracking equipment operation and maintenance, as well as updating control systems and spreadsheets. Key Highlights: 1. Remote troubleshooting and technical support for equipment. 2. Monitoring technical teams and verifying service execution. 3. Management and updating of equipment data and reports. ***Responsibilities:*** * Identify potential equipment failures; * Remotely resolve equipment failures; * Update and input required data into equipment software (IBAMETRO \- Bahian Institute of Metrology and Quality); * Monitor the operation of static equipment; * Submit repair requests upon detecting equipment issues; * Report equipment defects to immediate supervisor; * Directly monitor route teams and services performed on each equipment; * Verify services performed by technical teams via Checkmob; * Update equipment control spreadsheets and reports; * Verify image quality generated by equipment; * Escalate high-complexity issues to Velsis headquarters support department; * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work weekend shifts; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Technical computer knowledge; * Residency in Salvador or Lauro de Freitas. ***Benefits:*** * Transportation allowance (VT); * Meal allowance (VR) of R$37.52 per day \+ VR during vacations; * Food allowance (VA) of R$200.00/month; * Unimed health insurance plan with co-payment; * MetLife dental insurance plan with co-payment; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Subsidies for psychological care; * Birthday Day Off.
