With an encouraging and supportive atmosphere, R2T strives to ensure that its employees learn to work as one family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and corporate recognition. **Responsibilities**: Learn, through SENAI courses and on-the-job training provided by the company, about installation and maintenance of landline telephony and fiber optic networks. **Requirements:** * Be aged between 18 and 21 years; * Be currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Possess all required documentation; * Be proactive and demonstrate initiative; * Show interest in learning telecommunications network technologies; * Be available to complete the theoretical phase over six months; * Driver's license (category B) is desirable. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 810.50 * Transportation allowance * Optional medical and dental assistance * CLT employment regime **Working Hours:** * 4 hours per day. * Monday to Friday.
