Focus on quality, timeliness, and alignment with job profile requirements **About the Position** We have a new opening for a Human Resources Analyst, with strategic and operational responsibilities in nationwide Recruitment and Selection. This professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across the company, maintaining strong collaboration with leadership and emphasizing quality, timeliness, and alignment with job profile requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct nationwide recruitment and selection processes for various roles and departments; * Post job openings on platforms, social media, and talent databases; * Screen resumes based on technical and behavioral criteria; * Conduct individual, competency-based, and technical interviews; * Administer tests and assessments when necessary; * Prepare evaluation reports and present candidates to leadership; * Align job profiles, deadlines, and expectations with managers; * Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring quality); * Serve as an internal consultant in recruitment and selection processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably at scale or on a national level; * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing; * Organizational skills, autonomy, and effective time management; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. **Competencies That Make a Difference** * Analytical and consultative mindset; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. **Compensation and Benefits** **Meal Allowance:** BRL 40.00 per working day **Transportation Allowance:** As per current legislation **Health Insurance:** Included **Dental Insurance:** Included Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
