Job Summary: We are seeking experienced barbers to teach classic and modern barbering techniques, male visagism, and business management. Key Highlights: 1. Teaching haircutting techniques (scissors, clippers, *fade*) and barber therapy 2. Focus on male visagism and barbershop management 3. Infrastructure for practical classes Masters of the scissors and straight razor who wish to pass on the art of classic and modern barbering. Location Positions available at the following units: **Brotas and Cajazeiras (Salvador/BA)**. *Proximity or easy access to these locations is preferred.* Main Responsibilities * Teach haircutting techniques (scissors, clippers, *fade*), barber therapy, and beard design. * Instruct on male visagism, hygiene, instrument sterilization, and excellence in client service. * Guide students on entrepreneurship and barbershop management. * Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Required Qualifications * **Education:** Professional certification in the field and a well-established portfolio. * **Experience:** Demonstrable hands-on experience in barbershops and mastery of current trends. * **Skills:** Excellent practical teaching ability * **Profile:** Organization, punctuality, motivational attitude, ethical conduct, and commitment to professional training. * **CNPJ (MEI) registration is required.** Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of male hair chemistry and colorimetry.
