INTERNSHIP POSITION – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AREA (SUPPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE)

A growing technology company, providing user support and IT infrastructure solutions, is seeking new talents to join its team: * **1 position – morning shift (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)** * **1 position – afternoon/evening shift (Monday to Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)** **Location:** Lauro de Freitas – BA (with possibility of external assignments) **Stipend:** BRL 800.00 \+ transportation allowance (half-fare pass) **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Information Technology program (technical or undergraduate) * Knowledge of operating systems * Basic understanding of computer networks * Basic knowledge of computer maintenance **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the field * **Professional personal appearance** * **Strong sense of organization and cleanliness** * **Effective verbal communication skills, clear diction, and logical reasoning** * **Valid driver’s license (Category A or B)** **Responsibilities:** * Technical support to users (**remote and on-site**) * Assistance in maintenance, configuration, and **operation of IT equipment** * Assistance in **assembly, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructures** Prior knowledge is **not required**, as the intern will be **trained and gradually integrated** into activities involving: * Electronic security systems * Automation systems * Telephone exchanges * Configuration and maintenance of tablets, notebooks, interactive displays, and video walls * Streaming transmissions * Artificial intelligence solutions, among other technologies **Responsibilities are not limited solely to those listed**, and may evolve according to the intern’s development. **Development and Growth:** We offer **hands-on learning** across multiple technology domains, with direct exposure to modern and innovative solutions.
