Training and Development Assistant

Description

We are seeking professionals who desire professional growth and are interested in working in the Training and Development area, supporting the capacity building of customer service teams and the continuous development of company employees. Job Objective: Conduct training, monitoring, and development of customer service teams, ensuring process standardization, accuracy of information conveyed, and excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver onboarding and refresher training to employees; * Train teams on systems, internal processes, and customer service workflows; * Support the development of customer service (SAC), retention, sales, in-person service, technical support, and back-office teams; * Guide employees on professional conduct and best practices in customer service; * Support the standardization of internal information and processes; * Monitor the development and adaptation of new employees; * Assist team leaders in continuously improving service quality; * Update internal support materials and training content; * Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and training processes. Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum of 01 (one) year of tenure with the company; * No disciplinary warnings in the last 06 (six) months; * Knowledge of and proficiency in the IXC system; * Familiarity with the company’s customer service processes and workflows; * Demonstrated excellence in customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and responsible profile; * Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills; Desirable Qualifications: * Experience supporting and mentoring new employees; * Background in customer service departments; * Ability to deliver training sessions and lead presentations; * Knowledge of best practices and excellence in customer service.
