Manage supply contracts and monitor performance indicators **Job Description:** Plan and coordinate procurement department activities, ensuring efficient acquisition of materials and services used in contracts. Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize costs and foster strong partnerships with suppliers. Manage supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, delivery schedules, pricing, and quality. Supervise market research to identify new suppliers and technologies applicable to the sanitation sector. Control and monitor procurement performance indicators, generating management reports for tracking. Implement and maintain internal policies and procedures for the procurement department, ensuring process standardization and efficiency. Coordinate the supplier selection, qualification, and evaluation process. Manage supply contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses and mitigating financial and operational risks. Travel required to support procurement processes under contracts. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Proven experience in this role. Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management. Skills in cost analysis and expense reduction strategies. Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management tools. Advanced Excel knowledge. Experience with Power BI and data analysis. Willingness to travel to support procurement processes under contracts. Preferred: Experience structuring and organizing procurement department processes. Preferred: Prior experience in the construction industry. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 44 hours per week. **Benefits:** Salary R$ 8\.000,00\. Meal allowance: R$ 942,00 (monthly). Transportation allowance: R$ 11,20/day (based on current official rate).
