Job Summary: Responsible for managing the unit's logistics processes, optimizing resources and seeking cost reduction to deliver excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for managing the unit's logistics processes to ensure strict adherence to departmental targets and performance indicators, following fundamental guidelines for safety, health, and environmental protection, optimizing resources / equipment (vehicles) / routes, seeking operational cost reduction, with the objective of delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers through proper management of available human and material resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinates the unit's logistics processes to meet targets and performance indicators pre\-established by the Head Office Logistics Management. * Manages the unit's logistics processes. * Monitors, together with the Transportation Coordinator, the maintenance/cleaning process of the unit's owned fleet vehicles. * Supervises occupational safety processes during product loading/unloading operations, as well as internal movement (warehousing/picking). * Supervises product loading/unloading/warehousing and picking processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Economics, or Administration. * Prior experience in people management. * Proficiency with performance indicator analysis tools (Excel, BI).
