YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; • Identify whether customers are registered users (credential displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or condominium residents; * Verify cash drawer balance upon starting your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking facilities (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to their designated parking spots (in accordance with parking facility regulations); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Maintain constant attentiveness; * Immediately report to the supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Complete the shift-end cash reconciliation report. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B; * Proficiency/knowledge operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; * Integration and collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and efficiency; * Customer-oriented mindset.
