




Job Summary: A professional responsible for patient reception and assistance, ensuring adherence to the institution's service standards and contributing to goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and assist customers courteously while identifying their needs 2. Conduct eligibility verification, biometric identification, and request authorizations 3. Manage health insurance referral forms, register documents, and handle phone calls Provide patient reception and assistance aimed at supporting the achievement of established goals and objectives, while ensuring compliance with the institution's service standards. **Main Responsibilities:** · Greet customers, identify their needs, provide information, and deliver courteous service; · Conduct eligibility verification, biometric identification, and request health insurance authorizations; verify issued referral forms and monitor open and unavailable referral forms; · Finalize and submit daily cash reconciliation reports related to that day’s services to supervision; Verify and organize health insurance referral forms, generate service protocols, and forward them to supervision; · Receive, authorize, and/or register external materials received from partner clinics and/or hospitals; · Handle incoming phone calls; · Record and relay messages; · Schedule external specimen collections; · Register documents; · Record patient complaints and compliments; · Report daily performance metrics of departmental activities to support coordination in decision-making; · Comply with quality and management system requirements; Be available to attend technical and behavioral training sessions; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$1.780,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed High School (Preferred) Experience: * Laboratory experience (Mandatory)
