




Job Summary: A professional to implement and maintain systems, provide user support, update versions, and conduct training, working in IT support and solution development. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, the Irmã Dulce Social Works (OSID), a philanthropic organization with approximately 9,000 employees, is one of the largest 100% free healthcare complexes in the country, performing about 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually. We serve users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. The organization offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform system implementation, observing tests and simulations, acquiring knowledge to carry out maintenance. Respond to service requests and support system users, analyzing and discussing new situations, clarifying doubts, guiding users on system usage, detecting irregularities, performing corrections and/or arranging maintenance, and maintaining contact with specialized companies to meet requirements. Update system versions by contacting vendors, downloading new correction/implementation packages, monitoring user-performed tests, detecting irregularities, and arranging corrections. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems, preparing and correcting procedural routines, identifying, analyzing, resolving issues, and/or contacting specialized companies to meet user needs. Research pricing for purchasing computer devices by contacting vendors, conducting cost/benefit analysis, and reporting values to the immediate supervisor. Conduct training sessions by preparing instructional materials, presenting system details, instructing and guiding users to assimilate introduced changes. Develop database queries on existing databases to provide requested information to users. In all the above items, promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any system anomalies or user-reported issues that may compromise the operation of systems under their responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Health insurance, dental insurance, and transportation allowance. **Additional Information** Incomplete undergraduate degree in IT-related fields is desirable.
