* Analyze contract accounts by comparing the contract table against the cost table to assess whether the contract is healthy.
* Support contract renegotiation through negotiation with the customer or by contacting your supervisor to maintain contracts with healthy or profitable margins.
* Provide support in budgeting activities, allocate orders, and release invoicing related to Sphere orders to meet customer demands.
* Perform data analysis, generate and analyze data, and suggest improvements to the sales process.
* Monitor sales indicators (conversion rate, product family share, activation/prospecting, and customer portfolio control).
* Support delinquency management via email, spreadsheets, and phone calls to reduce financial liabilities.
* Support BID coding via spreadsheets, Sphere, and email to generate new sales opportunities/contracts.
* Attend alignment meetings, either in person or remotely, to align on points related to customer service.
Education: Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields); minimum 4 years of experience in this role.
Advanced knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Financial Mathematics, Technical/commercial experience with the Group's product families, Negotiation, Organization and time management, Interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualification: Knowledge of Power BI.
Work location: 100% on-site at the Nortel unit in Camaçari (Abrantes city).
