Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to support and evolve the IT environment, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency, while leading digital transformation initiatives and process standardization. Implementing continuous improvements in infrastructure and connectivity We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with technical experience and strategic vision to support and evolve the IT environment. The professional will be responsible for maintaining stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure, as well as leading digital transformation initiatives, process standardization, and technological modernization. This is a cross-functional role supporting all group companies, with direct interaction with end users, managers, and technical teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain servers, networks, cloud environments, and corporate infrastructure * Ensure system availability, security, and performance * Monitor and resolve medium-complexity incidents * Lead and support digital transformation projects * Implement continuous improvements in infrastructure and connectivity * Develop and update IT manuals, policies, and procedures * Conduct technical training and guide end users * Support system and technology integration across group companies **Technical Requirements** Bachelor's degree completed in Information Systems or related fields Postgraduate degree (preferred) **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Corporate networks (Windows and Linux) and connectivity * Virtualization (VMware) * Cloud computing * Firewalls (FortiGate, pfSense, or MikroTik) * Routers and network architecture * SNMP-based monitoring (Zabbix / Grafana) * ITSM (GLPI) * Backup and server maintenance (Dell and HP) * TOTVS system infrastructure * Python scripting * API integration and usage Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance * Free parking for employees * SESI partnership * Wellhub (formerly Gympass)
