Job Summary: Maintenance aims to provide safe, comfortable, and functional access to Temples and buildings, focusing on the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems. Interpretation of electrical schematics and technical manuals. **Description:** Our Maintenance team within the institution aims to ensure all members and visitors have safe, comfortable, and functional access to Temples and buildings. Responsibilities **System Installation:** Install refrigeration and air\-conditioning systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial units, in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. **Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent failures. **Equipment Repair:** Diagnose issues and perform repairs on compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, and other components of refrigeration systems. **Refrigerant Gas Charging:** Recharge refrigerant gas, ensuring the system operates in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. **Electrical Schematic Reading:** Interpret and follow electrical schematics and technical manuals for equipment installation and maintenance. **Activity Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of all performed activities, including service reports, hours worked, and parts used. **Customer Support:** Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding proper use and maintenance of refrigeration systems. **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** **Technical Education:** Completed technical course in Refrigeration, Mechanics, or related fields. Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems. Proficiency in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including electrical, electronic, and hydraulic circuits. Ability to work with hand and power tools. Specific certifications for handling refrigerant gases and operating refrigeration systems (preferred). Driver's license category B (or higher) for travel to service locations. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, as well as customer service orientation. Effective problem-solving capability. Proactivity and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with Chiller Systems.
