The Cata Group is a company dedicated to waste management and sustainable solutions. Focused on environmental preservation, it provides collection and recycling services to various industries. **Responsibilities:** Perform maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, such as pumps, gearboxes, compressors, presses, conveyors, motors, and others. Identify failures and suggest technical solutions for repairs and adjustments. Analyze technical drawings, manuals, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Perform adjustments, component replacements, and mechanical assembly calibrations. Monitor equipment performance and prepare technical reports. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, TPM, 5S, and other internal projects. Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Machinery Mechanic, or Refrigeration Mechanic may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
