Focus on proactivity and teamwork ##### **Description** Main responsibilities: Perform equipment maintenance accurately and skillfully, providing courteous customer service during field missions. Conduct mechanical diagnostics. · Complete all courses outlined in the JDU (DS) learning path. · Keep the tool box clean, organized, and fully equipped. · Use the SIMOVA system correctly; · Know and monitor weekly productivity targets and metrics; · Open and properly track DTACs; · Follow basic workshop routines; · Immediately report efficiency losses or additional services requested by the customer to the base; Follow basic field (workshop) routines; · Correctly complete reports and service orders.
