Here at Conti, these are the main responsibilities for Project Interns: * Support the manager in monitoring the plant’s entire investment process (leading the monthly investment meeting, follow\-ups with project leaders across all departments), including feedback aimed at continuous process improvement. * Review documentation related to project requests. * Create eCRs and eSigns for project requests. * Update and monitor project management systems: SAPHIR, eCR, and Power BI. Your profile REQUIREMENTS * Currently enrolled in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; * Availability to intern for up to 2 years; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Availability to intern onsite at the Camaçari – BA factory, Monday to Friday, either from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. YOU STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE * Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency; * Intermediate Power BI skills; * Basic MS Project knowledge; * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
