So, does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for developing inspection specifications and operational guidelines for stamped components, as well as guiding inspectors during inspections; * Responsible for analyzing and resolving quality anomalies arising during production in the stamping workshop, including follow-up and verification of corrective actions; * Analyze and resolve quality issues reported from received materials and downstream customers (e.g., welding, painting, final assembly), tracking and verifying corrective actions; * Identify quality defects in stamped components, supervise inspection protocols, manage testing tools, and develop inspection methodologies; * Monitor dimensional accuracy of stamped parts, perform CMM analyses, and resolve assembly discrepancies reported by downstream customers; * Participate in experimental production of stamped parts for new vehicle models, sample part manufacturing, quality release, validation of trial assembly, and quality control; * Regularly review quality reports submitted by inspectors to ensure effective control of assigned products; * Optimize quality control processes for stamping production and conduct skill training for quality inspection personnel; **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or related fields; * Active registration with CREA; * Experience in mechanical manufacturing industry; * Experience in industrial quality; * Ability to interpret drawings and inspection documentation, proficient use of inspection tools, general knowledge of quality management; * Advanced English proficiency for conversation; * Availability to work on-site in Camaçari/BA. **Additional information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously seek improvements to our benefits package.
