So, does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for planning pre-mold introduction activities for vehicle models, preparing process elements on site and facility conditions, facilitating inter-departmental communication regarding pre-arrival preparations, and identifying risks related to molds. * Establish process parameters during mold debugging, participate in verifying part quality status and problem analysis. * Manage production mold anomalies, develop repair plans, review mold maintenance protocols, resolve production issues, and ensure closed-loop problem resolution. * Prepare experimental production process cards and formal process documentation, guiding production staff through process-related training and workflow instructions. * Participate in reviews of production line process layouts and workflow schemes, verifying accuracy of process equipment parameters. * Supervise preparations for mold modifications due to product engineering changes, external mold repairs, technical communication with external mold suppliers, and mold inventory assessments. * Review consumption quotas for mold auxiliary materials and manage associated costs. * Maintain and update process bill of materials, manage mold ECR change processes, and implement process improvements. * Supervise process validation for new mold materials, evaluate new tooling proposals, and manage material testing, exchanges, and transfer procedures. * Conduct routine basic and technical training for mold repair personnel and verify compatibility of standard and non-standard mold repair components. * Review mold structural drawings, proactively anticipate and resolve production challenges, and demonstrate proficiency in UG/AutoCAD and office software applications. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or related fields; * Active registration with CREA; * Previous experience in automotive stamping processes, mold construction, process equipment parameters, and routine mold maintenance management; * Intermediate English proficiency for conversation; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Availability to work on-site in Camaçari/BA. **Additional information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously seek improvements to our benefits package.
