So, does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance on presses, stamping lines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical devices. * Diagnose failures, disassemble equipment, replace parts, perform adjustments, lubrication, and calibration. * Conduct routine inspections, record anomalies, and support intervention planning. * Assist in breakdown analysis, investigate root causes, and propose improvements. * Perform mechanical setup, support tooling changes, and parameter adjustments. * Comply with safety regulations and technical procedures, ensuring equipment and production process integrity. * Work collaboratively with electrical and automation technicians as needed. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field; * Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably with stamping presses; * Knowledge of metrology, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical manuals; * Availability to work in shifts. * Availability to work on-site in Camaçari/BA. **Additional information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously seek improvements to our benefits package.
