We seek a professional with practical office experience in labor law, possessing technical autonomy to manage cases and directly participate in hearings. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring and meeting procedural deadlines * Drafting initial labor petitions * Drafting responses (defenses) * Reading and analyzing judgments * Drafting and filing Ordinary Appeals * Participation in labor hearings: * Initial hearings * Hearings for witness testimony * Instructional hearings (in-person and virtual) * Client consultations **Technical Requirements** * Law degree * Active bar association registration (OAB) * 1–2 years of experience in a law office focused on Labor Law * Practical experience conducting hearings * Intermediate proficiency in drafting labor court documents * Familiarity with integrated judicial case management systems **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity * Punctuality and responsibility regarding deadlines * Organization and systematic work methodology * Clear and concise communication * Collaborative attitude * Openness to continuous learning and development Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
