What awaits you on a daily basis:* Monitor regional churn for mobile and fixed lines; * Interact with the sales team to report to headquarters the main churns among corporate clients; * Analyze sales team requests regarding exceptions in negotiations with corporate clients for contract renewals; * Generate reports aimed at providing the sales team with information to reduce regional corporate client churn; * Develop retention campaigns together with internal sales teams and partners to retain the corporate client base. 2511160202461015960
