As a Logistics Monitoring Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring our trucks complete their routes safely, punctually, and efficiently. You will work in a dynamic environment with technology and direct interaction with drivers and internal teams.
* Monitor fleet and route compliance in real time.
* Contact drivers to guide and support them during trips.
* Identify anomalies (delays, deviations, unplanned stops) and act promptly.
* Record incidents and update trip control systems.
* Assist in route and delivery/pickup window optimization.
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
* Generate simple performance reports for routes and fleet.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Prior experience in fleet monitoring, logistics, transportation, or related fields.
* Strong communication skills via phone and messaging apps with drivers.
* Basic knowledge of tracking/telematics tools or TMS systems.
* Organizational skills to record information and follow procedures.
* Availability to work on rotating shifts and/or weekends, if required.
* Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, email, web-based systems).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in real-time monitoring of trucks or cargo.
* Familiarity with route planning and route optimization.
* Experience in road freight transportation operations.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining calmness and solution focus.
