GLPI administration and configuration The company seeks an IT Technician in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site and remote technical support to users (first-level support). Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance in administrative and/or educational environments. Act as the technical interface with service providers. Administer and configure the GLPI platform (catalog, rules, SLAs, dashboards, and reports). Conduct periodic audits of access rights, permissions, and logs. Manage corporate access to institutional systems (TOTVS, Moodle, SGE, and internal systems). Ensure compliance with internal policies, LGPD, and information security practices. Manage IT inventory via GLPI \+ FusionInventory, ensuring data accuracy. Support IT area improvement and standardization projects. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (manuals, workflows, standards, and procedures). Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Analyst, Network Specialist, or Computer Maintenance Technician roles may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
