Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring fleets, managing incidents, analyzing logistics performance, and supporting communication with carriers and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Strong problem-solving ability * Responsibilities include: Monitoring fleets to ensure on-time delivery, Managing real-time incidents and triggering corrective actions when necessary, Analyzing logistics performance and preparing management reports, Supporting communication with carriers and customers to align delivery schedules, Registering and tracking Manifest Requests (SM), cargo tracking, and sending correspondence. Monitoring vehicle location and performance in real time; identifying and resolving potential issues in the monitoring system * What we expect from you: Completed high school education; higher education is a plus; Good communication skills, proactive, organized, and strong problem-solving ability.
