**Job: Trade Funds Analyst**
The Elite Selection team is conducting a recruitment process for a company in the food and beverage distribution sector, with strong presence in the foodservice channel, connecting manufacturers and customers through a robust portfolio, proprietary logistics, and results-oriented operations.
**Job Mission**
Ensure efficient management of trade funds, maximizing financial return through strict control, correct application, and recovery of amounts from manufacturers, directly contributing to business profitability and sustainability.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Creation, verification, and correction of trade funds;
* Application of trade funds to appropriate destinations;
* Interaction with manufacturers to obtain necessary approvals and formalizations;
* Interaction with manufacturers regarding collection of all trade funds.
**Key Challenges of the Position**
1\. Ensuring accuracy of trade funds while handling large volumes of data, avoiding errors and guaranteeing that all amounts are correct and traceable.
2\. Supporting negotiations with data-driven insights and using analyses to argue confidently and defend the company's interests.
3\. Managing multiple simultaneous demands and balancing deadlines, collections, and analyses in a dynamic environment.
**Requirements**
* Academic Qualification
* Level: Currently pursuing undergraduate degree
* Fields: Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Management, or Business Process Management
* Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory), including expertise in: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Pivot Tables; Conditional formulas (IF, SUMIF, etc.); Data processing and verification;
* Analysis and validation of financial/commercial data: ability to verify amounts, identify discrepancies and inconsistencies;
* Control and management of trade funds: recording, tracking, balance, and application;
* Basic knowledge of commercial and financial processes: invoicing, discounts, commercial agreements, bonuses;
* Interpretation of commercial agreements and contracts with suppliers/manufacturers;
* Reconciliation of amounts and verification of reports;
* Organization and control of information (spreadsheets, internal controls, systems);
* Formal communication with suppliers;

**Job Conditions**
* Employment type: CLT / On-site
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:40 to 16:28
* Fixed salary: To be negotiated
