**Description**
Responsible for student service, class scheduling, contract termination, certificate issuance, administration of assessments, document printing, attendance lists, registration forms, questionnaires, and exams. Also enters assessment grades into the system and archives them physically and digitally; responsible for teacher orientation, laboratory preparation for classes, inventory control, requesting teaching materials, purchasing, and stock organization. Receives students and teachers. Delivers uniforms, PPEs, and teaching materials and registers deliveries. Uses ERP systems, task management tools such as Meister Task, and Excel spreadsheets to manage students, track enrollments and graduations. Manages certificates (requesting, receiving, sorting, collecting signatures; archiving and delivering); manages documentation, files contracts, provides in-person and WhatsApp support—always coordinated with the finance department—with constant focus on problem resolution. Supports instructors with their requested tasks.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
* Daily review of teaching requirements for the day with instructors;
* Daily printing of attendance lists;
* Daily collection of incident report forms;
* Daily laboratory organization (checking equipment, sorting tools, setting up slides on screens, verifying supplies, preparing materials per class);
* Daily in-person, phone, and WhatsApp student support;
* Daily filing of documents, attendance lists, access logs, and assessments;
* Daily scheduling of classes for new contracts, saving student contacts on mobile devices and sending appointment confirmations;
* Daily rescheduling of classes;
* Daily monitoring of ongoing classes;
* Daily certificate delivery;
* Weekly verification of classes to identify newcomers; stock checking and preparation of deliveries;
* Daily monitoring of payment arrears among scheduled students and reporting to finance for follow-up;
* For each new incoming class, preparation of teaching material kits, uniforms, and PPE kits for delivery, including registration of deliveries and system entry;
* Weekly stock count, spreadsheet updating, and reporting to the Academic Coordinator;
* Weekly reporting to supervisor on number of services provided and status of ongoing cases;
* Weekly quotation and procurement of materials
**Education and Experience**
* Undergraduate studies underway from the 5th semester onwards: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture; or Building Technician qualification.
* Prerequisites: knowledge in civil construction and experience with vocational training courses

44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (afternoon/evening), Friday (morning/afternoon), and Saturday (afternoon)
