Strengthening company culture and safety **About the position** We seek professionals to supervise infrastructure activities on construction sites, leading teams to meet quality, productivity, and cost targets within the timelines established in the planning. This role involves monitoring field service execution, ensuring compliance with procedures, operational safety, and reinforcement of company culture. **Main responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects; * Plan, monitor, and inspect infrastructure services; * Monitor execution of activities by internal and outsourced teams; * Train teams and manage the employee training matrix; * Perform service measurements and monitor performance indicators; * Coordinate inspections by agencies such as Caixa, Compesa, CPRH, Municipal Government, and Neoenergia; * Request and monitor material deliveries; * Supervise surveying services and conduct 5S and safety patrols; * Plan activities, manage frontline budgets, and provide feedback to team members. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Building Construction, Sanitation, or Roads; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Preferred qualifications** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Birthday day off; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Education incentives; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from Instituto PIPA.
