Join our family! #### **AREA MANAGER \- OPERATIONS** * Substitute for the manager during absences, making necessary decisions to resolve emerging issues; * Assist the manager in achieving established targets and implementing decisions; * Supervise and guide other staff members, serving as the store's operational manager; * Enforce company policies comprehensively across all aspects; * Verify that direct subordinates — namely, Supervisors — perform their routine tasks as required, in accordance with procedures defined by management; * Discipline, correct, and monitor oversights by supervisors, such as failure to execute daily routines; * Monitor and maintain store organization, cleanliness, and preservation of store assets; * Daily coordinate with the Commercial Department’s strategies to maximize sales; * Establish integration with company departments — HR, Finance, Tax, Logistics, Commercial, Loss Prevention, and Executive Management — and communicate relevant guidelines and processes to staff; * Work directly with store operations to improve product display; * Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing to strategically position the store and remain competitive in sales negotiations; * Perform other duties related to the position as required; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, safety and environmental standards, and operational procedures, performing additional related tasks upon supervisor’s request. **WHAT WE NEED:** * Completed high school education; higher education preferred; * Minimum three years’ experience managing retail or wholesale operations.
